Food stretch film has self-adhesive properties. It is a kind of single-sided (cast) or double-sided (blow-molded) plastic film with adhesive properties that can stretch and wrap wrapped articles tightly. Moreover, self-adhesive does not adhere to the surface of wrapped food and only exists on the surface of film and film. No heat shrinkage treatment is required in the packaging process, which is beneficial to save energy, reduce packaging costs, facilitate container transportation and improve logistics efficiency. In general, the food stretch film should have the following characteristics:
1, high barrier: the use of different plastic materials barrier properties and different co-extruded film; to achieve the effect of oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, odor and other high barrier;
2, strong function: oil resistance, moisture resistance, resistance to 120 ℃ high temperature cooking, resistance to low temperature freezing, shelf life, preservation, odor. Can be used for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, inflatable packaging;
3. Low cost: Compared with other plastic packaging, glass packaging and aluminum foil packaging, to achieve the same barrier effect, co-extruded film has a greater advantage in cost;composite membraneand othercomposite membraneIt can be reduced by 10-20%;
Flexible structural design: different structural designs can be used to meet the quality requirements of different products;
5, high strength: co-extruded film has the characteristics of stretching in the processing process, plastic stretching can be the corresponding increase in strength, can also be added in the middle of nylon, metallocene polyethylene plastic material, so that it has more than the general plastic packaging composite strength, there is no delamination peeling phenomenon, good flexibility, excellent heat sealing performance;
6, the capacity ratio is small: the co-extruded film can be vacuum shrink packaging, the capacity volume ratio of nearly 100, which is incomparable to glass, iron cans, paper packaging;
7, no pollution: do not add binder, no residual solvent pollution problems, green environmental protection.
