1. The label name must be true
The label can be "new name", "strange name", "transliterated name", etc., but the name specified in the national standard or industry standard or equivalent name must be marked in the vicinity of the name shown. For example, the same size text should be applied next to the "yogurt" label to mark its real attribute name as "yogurt".
2. Can not stick production date
Food must be marked with the production date, which is the date when the finished product produced by the producer passes the factory inspection. The production date should indicate the specific part of the package. In order to prevent the distributor from changing the production date, shelf life and other information, it must be printed on the package instead of directly pasting it on the package with gummed paper.
3. Correctly reflect the text size
In addition to registered trademarks, food pre-packaging must use standardized Chinese characters, while the pinyin and foreign languages used at the same time must not be larger than the corresponding Chinese characters. The height of the characters, symbols and numbers printed on the surface of the package shall not be less than 1.8cm. The font size of the product name should be unified. For example, "orange juice" and "beverage" in "orange juice beverage" should use a unified font size, and the label should not be used to confuse consumers.
4. Product ingredients are clear and clear
It should be arranged in descending order of the amount added when the food is processed in the manufacturing process. If water accounts for a large proportion of beverages, it must be marked; food additives must be marked with specific names or prescribed codes.
Genetically modified foods must be labeled
All foods listed in the "Administrative Measures for the Labeling of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture must be marked with "genetically modified foods" on the label.
