1. Use gummed paper to bond the ink layer of the printed film. The less the ink is stuck off, the better. To peel the bonded composite film, the greater the peeling strength, the better the treatment effect.
2. To judge the smoothness of the surface of the plastic film by touching the hand, the less smooth the surface of the film is, the better the surface treatment of the film is.
3. Draw lines or write on the processing surface of the film with pens and ballpoint pens, depending on whether the lines drawn by ink or ballpoint pen oil are continuous. Continuous lines can be printed, otherwise not enough processing.
4. The objective and scientific detection method is to apply dyne test liquid on the plastic film treatment surface to be detected, with an area of about 40mm by 15mm, and complete the application within 0.5s. If the applied potion layer does not break for more than 2s, it is proved that the tested film can reach the surface tension value of the used test potion. According to the above detection method, the surface tension of the plastic film to be detected can be detected by changing the test liquid with different surface tension data. The surface tension data test potion is generally made up of a mixture of ethylene glycol ether and formamide plus color. The surface tension of ethylene glycol ether solution is about 30dyn, and the surface tension of formamide solution is about 55dyn. Mixing them in different proportions can prepare 30 ~ 55dyn dyne data test potion (color is added to the test potion for good observation).
