1. Letterpress printing

Letterpress printing is also called letterpress. Lead printing plates, zinc printing plates, and copper printing plates are rigid letterpresses; rubber plates, plastic plates, and resin plates are flexible letterpresses, so flexographic printing is also called flexo printing. 2. Gravure printing

Gravure printing means that all printed patterns and characters are recessed on the printing plate. When printing, the printing plate should be poured, immersed or transferred ink, and then the excess ink on the printing plate is scraped off with a scraper, and then the printed material between the embossing rubber roller and the printing plate is transferred through the embossing rubber roller ( Paper or plastic film) apply appropriate pressure to squeeze the ink in the concave surface of the printing plate onto the printed matter. The printing method that achieves the purpose of printing is customarily called gravure.

3. Flatbed (pad printing or offset printing) printing

The graphic and blank parts of lithographic printing on the PS printing plate are almost on the same side. Because of the difference in plate making process, there are positive and negative plates. It uses the principle of repelling oil and water to inject glue into the blank space of the printing plate, and then indirectly print with a blanket, so it is also called pad printing. It is also called offset printing because the text and patterns on paper and film come from blankets. Currently, offset printing is only implemented on PP sheets of 0.014~0.04mm.

4. Screen printing

Screen printing is referred to as screen printing. The patterns and text on the printing plate are hollowed out, that is, the ink leaks from the hollowed out to form graphics and text, so it is also called missing printing. This kind of printing has a strong sense of three-dimensionality, which can be printed on irregular surfaces, and the range of printed objects is very wide.

Now flexible packaging materials are mostly used for gravure printing. This type of printed products has the advantages of bright colors, full colors, and real life.
