The first step of plastic packaging printing needs to be based on the documents provided for the printing design, and the plate factory performs color separation to make the plate roller. In this process, the customer and the printing factory need to communicate in many details, and pay attention to many details when processing the documents. E.g:

1. Provide printed source files, the best format is AI.

2. It is recommended to add a 3mm bottom edge to the edges of the graphics and text on the layout to avoid being cut during cutting. Do not use system characters for the text, as it will cause white nodes at the interlaced strokes. Do not use overprinting to fill in black text.

3. The printing color cannot be requested by the color displayed on the screen or printer. The customer can refer to the inkjet draft of coated paper given by the plate factory for reference. The color of the plastic contrast inkjet draft can reach more than 90%; or the customer can go to the production site to confirm colour.

4. When the same document is printed in different times, the color will be different, and the color difference is normal within 10% (due to the ink volume control, temperature and humidity will be different each time); if there are old files to be printed, it is Avoid excessive chromatic aberration, printing will refer to the old sample.

5. The size of the text in the layout is> 1.8mm, to avoid too small characters and bad printing effect, and to comply with national requirements.

6. The color of the shading or base map should not be less than 10% to avoid unrepresentation in the printed product.

7. If there are real physical images on the layout, clear documents need to be provided. The clearer the documents, the better the final printing effect will be.
